A bird's eye view of individual student progress on each of the five pathways is available on the Pathways Progress Log page, on the Student Information/Evidence tab. This page shows the number of pieces of evidence complete in each pathway.
To access this page, click the Pathways Progress Log icon. This icon can be found both on the left tool bar and on the School Overview tab of the Dashboard:
If a student is currently selected, their information will appear when you click into this page. If no student is selected, search by student number in the modal box that appears when you enter the page and click View Student's Progress:
The Pathways Progress Log provides a view of each of the 5 pathways and the number of completed pieces of evidence. The pathway with the largest percentage of evidence complete is highlighted as the student's current pathway:
To review the evidence page for a path, click the View button beneath that path.
If a student qualifies for the utilization of IEP goals for graduation or has been granted a waiver, this information can be added on this page.
Click the plus next to the Student IEP or Waiver title as appropriate:
Note: The Student IEP selection should only be checked for students who are utilizing IEP goals for graduation. This should not be checked for all students who have an IEP.
Click Yes in the appropriate section to apply one of these items to a student record. There is no need to select No if it does not apply to a student.
Once data has been entered for a student, you can export a PDF version of this page to view or share with the student or caregivers. Click the Export Student Progress button to export a PDF of the onscreen information.
