Superintendents, CEOs, and Chief Administrative Officers have the ability to add permissions for users within their organization. Each permission provides a different level of access to the site:
Permissions are added on the Settings page:
Click the Admin tab:
On the Admin tab, you may wish to view permissions by institution (especially if you manage more than one institution), or by users (especially if you have users who need permissions in more than one institution).
To manage permissions for an institution, click the arrow to view the people within the institution and check the box next to the necessary permission(s) for each user within the institution:
